Have not found anything in the market like what I‚ve found here! This tea has ingredients that no other tea has! I‚ve tried SkinnyMint, but Dr. Ming definitely takes the cake when it comes to ingredients and the quality of these. The taste and effectiveness of the tea can prove it!

I’ve always gravitated towards eating healthy or at least watching what I drink and eat. There are not that many healthy beverages out there like the all mighty water that can make following a diet fun or easy. At least that’s what I thought before I stumbled upon this magic 0 calorie beverage! I have been drinking this tea for two weeks now, once in the morning and once before bed. It works! I have struggled with “regularity” for the past 10 years (peri menopause) despite a super healthy diet and THIS tea has been keeping me regular. No hunched over abdominal pain or need to make a beeline for the WC either. Everything feels normal. My stomach is so much flatter. I also get cravings around that time of the month and surprising this was under control too. I know the tea is supposed to act as an appetite suppressant but to help control that urge to consume sweets was certainly a welcomed surprise. The tea bags are quality (as pictured below), meaning they don’t tear, and the tea tastes good. You can smell the pineapple and no need for sweetener at all. I’m ordering some more and I recommended it to my friend too.
